What makes working with Erin different?
Erin’s unique background combination IS what sets her apart. Her own athletic successes, coaching and business experience, passion for health and wellness, and as a Reiki Master allow her to approach mentoring from many angles and perspectives. She has devoted much of her life to coaching and mentoring female athletes and is committed to working together to identify and achieve the goals of each athlete. An important aspect of her work is combining her experience and intuitive approach to work through individual aspects and guide each of her athletes toward their goals. Giving them the keys to what will take their performance capabilities to greater heights.
Erin’s own experience is extensive and her commitment and passion to support and guide her athletes unrivaled.
Coach, Mentor & Reiki Master Erin Brown Millon has been involved in every aspect of the game for more than 30 years. She has donned the hat of Elite player, program administrator, equipment innovator, volunteer, International Federation ambassador, official, youth, HS & college coach, and Recruiting Coordinator. Her playing successes have enshrined her in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame. A Two-Time Team USA World Cup Champion and 11-Year USA Team Member, Erin graduated from the University of Maryland where she was an All-American, a 50th Anniversary All ACC Team Member selection and former assistant coach under Cindy Timschal. Professionally, Erin was the first US Lacrosse Women’s Division Director and worked to develop the governance structure of the then newly formed governing body of lacrosse.
Erin has spent the past three years educating herself in many different modalities of health and wellness. She is a Reiki Master, an aspiring yogi, and a nutrition enthusiast. Her passion and purpose has been realized with the founding of The Balanced Athlete Project as she focuses on mentoring, educating and guiding female athletes to achieve their maximum potential.
