It helps to identify the nutritional pitfalls and misdirection as well as misinformation that can lead to other areas of an athlete’s ability to perform. This class combines three practices to connect the mind, body & soul. Journaling, Yoga & Meditation are introduced, explained and practiced allowing the participants to begin to build a basis to approach school, sports, family & friends as well as connecting the three for optimal performance capabilities. 1 hour Yoga class and individual journal given to each participant.

This class introduces the complete body workout system that utilizes the weight of your body to build strength, gain flexibility and establish the foundation of good techniques. Helpful information for athletes to build on as they develop. Class includes a 30 minute workout, circuit training and 30-day workout program.
This class offers athletes a 1.5 hour customizable lesson on lacrosse training such as: Shooting & Dodging/The Offensive game, Midfield Play/Becoming Versatile, Defensive Play/Individual and Team. Goalkeeper Training/Preparation and Technique.
