Erin Brown Millon has been involved in every aspect of the sport of lacrosse for nearly 30 years. She has donned the hat of Elite player, program administrator, equipment innovator, volunteer, International Federation ambassador, official, youth, HS, Club & College coach. A 2014 National Lacrosse Hall of Fame Inductee, Two-Time Team USA World Cup Champion, 11-Year USA Team Member, University of Maryland All-American, and former assistant coach at the University of Maryland, Erin has reached the pinnacle of the sport. Erin has dedicated herself to giving back to the sport she loves in numerous ways. She worked for a lacrosse manufacturer and blazed the trail for equality in approach to the women’s game in the early 1990’s. She spearheaded the first sponsorships of women’s collegiate teams and the direct support of the US Women’s National Team through equipment and apparel sponsorships. She also served as a representative on the board of the United States Women’s Lacrosse Association and eventually became the first US Lacrosse Women’s Division Director. She has been most recently working as the Recruiting Coordinator for Diamonds Lacrosse Club, helping student athletes maneuver their recruiting process.
Through each of these endeavors, Erin has always possessed an intensity and commitment to excel at whatever she is doing. In addition, her leadership and ability to support and guide young athletes has been the cornerstone to her passion for coaching. She has an impressive track record and connects and inspires her athletes like no one else.
Erin’s ultimate purpose has gradually revealed itself over the past five years as her attention has turned to HOLISTIC HEALING AND HEALTH AND WELLNESS. She has educated herself in all aspects of wellness, nutrition and fitness as well as becoming a REIKI MASTER. The Balanced Athlete Project optimizes the combination of all that Erin has done throughout her life. She feels blessed and grateful to be able to help and inspire others.
